Dating advice for a young adult girl?

How do you know when a guy is into you? What if the guy is shy, should the girl make the move and break the ice and start the friendship??? How do you know when a guy is single? Is is risky to flirt back while at work?

Don’t date people you work with. Seriously.
Unless you work at Wendys or something part time as a temp. But only then.
You know if a guy is single when he says he is single. Also facebook? If you have that can help. If the guy is shy he obviously isn’t that into you to start something himself, so find one who will.

I think J’s playing M’s madre on the show. J’s dressed all matronly and M’s in a little school girl outfit with braids and the whole 9 yards. Now their making out in the trailer in costume no less a little role playing it looks like to me.
